Under the terms of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and related applicable Portuguese legislation, all personal data given to or collected by us in the scope of exchanged communications will be processed by ACD Print, in the capacity of data controller, for purposes related to such company, including, namely, for communicating with recipients, presenting proposals, and managing and entering into contractual relationships, and will be kept by ACD Print for 5 (five) years after data collection or the end of established relationships. 

Under the GDPR, you may exercise your right to access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation or portability, under the terms of applicable law, and free of charge, by sending an email to geral@acdprint.pt.
